Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging and include all original tags, seals, and inserts.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used beauty products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

    How to Initiate a Return

    To start a return, please contact us at danabeauty614@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

    Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

    If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please check with your bank or credit card provider, then contact us if the issue persists.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at danabeauty614@gmail.com.
